We offer up to three rounds of adjustments to the finalized design to ensure every detail is perfect. Here are some examples of what can be modified:

• Adjusting the angle of the stone, style of prongs, how the cathedral arches...
• Modifying the shape of the band, width, height etc...
• Raising or lowering the basket setting

As long as the changes remain within the original design framework, we’re happy to make adjustments. In most cases, three rounds aren’t even needed since every detail is carefully discussed before the project begins—but we include them for peace of mind!

Please note that any updates requiring additional stones, gold, or labor may result in a price difference. Let us know how we can perfect your piece!

The average turnaround time for a custom design from scratch is 4-6 weeks, depending on response times for design changes. If we receive quick feedback, we can often complete the project on the shorter end of that timeline.

Need it sooner? We offer ULTRA VIP Rush service, which can reduce the turnaround time to 3-4 weeks. In some cases, we may even be able to offer a shorter timeframe, depending on our workload and season. If your timeline is extremely tight, we may be able to accommodate your request, but there may be an additional fee. Please inquire for more details.

The average price for a custom ring at our shop ranges from $1500 to $3000, depending on the size, quality, and type of stones used, including moissanite, sapphire, or lab diamonds. We offer a wide range of custom designs, with options both above and below this price range, including premade designs to fit different budgets.
