What's Your Favorite Gemstone?
My fave gemstone is aquamarine. This is my favorite gemstone since I was a kid. It looks refreshing and cool in any way. I really love the sea too. In addition, every time I looked for some souvenirs, I looked for this color first, either an earring, ring, bracelets or even a rosary.

I love the green and blue shades of its color.

I'd love to see the aquamarine stone in a cushion halo with diamond accents because I think that would flaunt its beauty as a ring.

What Is It About The Gemstone That Catches Your Eye?
It is my birthstone so I always loved the dark blue sapphire you are used to seeing. Once I started working here, I was able to see the wide range of colors that sapphires can come in! Personally, I love the green/teal sapphires and the yellow/champagne sapphires now instead. The way the light sparkles with the mix of coloring in the stones is amazing and unique :) Green and yellows are my favorite colors anyway and when they are paired with yellow gold or white gold settings, I think they really stand out and let the stones be the star.
If You Were To Pick A Ring Of Ours And Have Your Favorite Gemstone As The Center Stone, Which Would It Be? Why?
If I had to narrow from our current selection, I would pick the Carrie Set because that stone is one of the prettiest greens out there and the yellow gold really makes it POP! My second favorite is our Juniper because I like how pretty that yellow sapphire is with the small cluster side stones. I would probably pair the Juniper with two Chevy or Willow bands so they could hug each side of the engagement ring :)

What Is It About The Gemstone That Catches Your Eye?
My birthstone is the sapphire and the classic blue color has always been my favorite. However, I never knew there were so many other shades of sapphires until I started working here. Blue is my favorite color and once I saw all the different shades of blue sapphires we have, I fell in love with them. I’m also a fan of the teal and peachy pink shades too. The way that the light hits all of them is simply stunning. Overall though, I like the lighter/sky blue colored sapphires.
If You Were To Pick A Ring Of Ours And Have Your Favorite Gemstone As The Center Stone, Which Would It Be? Why?
For a dainty option, I would love to have the stone in the Malia. I think the gem would look pretty with all the little diamond clusters on the side and in white gold (or yellow gold depending on the shade). As for something a little bigger, I would say Gloria. The gem would be the main focus and the diamond on each side would be the perfect finishing touch. In general, I would want the ring to have a simple style so that the sapphire can have its moment.

It's a difficult choice between Emerald and Moonstone.
What Is It About The Gemstone That Catches Your Eye?
Emerald is my birthstone. I've loved the deep green colors of the stone ever since I was young, it reminds me of the earth. The moonstone is unique among the others because it is more pearlescent and not sparkly. For me it represents the sky, the moon, space, and the stars.
If You Were To Pick A Ring Of Ours And Have Your Favorite Gemstone As The Center Stone, Which Would It Be? Why?
I would love to see an emerald stone in a Shea ring with the beautiful accent diamonds for extra bling. Shea's celtic design matches with the deep green in a wonderfully traditional way. For the moonstone, I would place it in a Gale ring. The moonstone's Milky Way shimmer would be accented by the diamonds that sparkle like stars on the shank.

What Is It About The Gemstone That Catches Your Eye?
A diamond is super versatile and its hardness makes it a great option for everyday wear. It can come in lots of colors and clarity that can really help enhance a design. It has the ability to be the main focus or a great sidekick. My favorite is the classic white diamonds in a great cut. The sparkle and brilliance are really beautiful especially in a larger stone. The diamond is easily matched to outfits, etc.

The great thing about diamonds is that it would look great in any of our designs! I wouldn't have to choose since a great cut diamond would really elevate any of our designs. But if I had to, a Skinny Flora 2.0 would be a great option. The design looks classic from the top and interesting from the side. This allows the diamond to be the main focus of the ring.

What's Your Favorite Gemstone?
Sapphires 100%. I love how this gemstone has a variety of colors from icy to deep rich tones. In addition, many of the sapphires, such as the peaches, are more rare than the natural diamonds. The fact that no 2 natural sapphires is exactly the same makes it even more special! My favorite shades are the light icy colors, from ash mints to the icy lavender blue sapphires are my favorites.
What Is It About The Gemstone That Catches Your Eye?
The color, especially since the colors are so unique. When the sapphire gemstone is cut at least very good and higher (which most of our stones are of that cut) so I love all our icy sapphires! My favorite of the favorites is when they are color shifting or bi-colors; these sapphires when shone in different angles and lighting will look different in color. There are only a few natural gemstones that can do that and sapphire is one of them.
If You Were To Pick A Ring Of Ours And Have Your Favorite Gemstone As The Center Stone, Which Would It Be? Why?
Right now, I'm all about the icy blues & lavender color. Frankly, because the stones are so beautiful, I'm happy with most of our designs. At this moment, some of our most popular styles are cluster ring styles. If I had to choose out of the cluster styles, I'd choose the Maddy.
